We encourage our customers to be fully aware of products they plan to purchase. However, at times our customers may realize that they have ordered the wrong item after confirming their order. Sivis Express permits these customers to cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of original order or prior to order being placed in transit (earlier of the two). 

If an order is cancelled after 24 hours or if products are already in transit, Sivis Express reserves the rights to reject the cancellation, in which case the customer will be required to apply for a refund.

Cancellation can be processed as a credit for future purchase or refund in full (subject to credit card or other payment surcharges). Customers are advised to contact us by emailing us at sivisexpress@gmail.com or calling us on 3100397 for any queries or clarifications pertaining to this policy.
